Sweet Theory Baking in Jacksonville

We visited for the first time yesterday morning and the experience was wonderful! My husband has Celiac and finding yummy baked goods are a challenge. Not only is there a large variety at Sweet Theory, but everything is genuinely fantastic! I'd list everything we had, but he literally almost bought the place out, I don't remember. Your staff was kind and thoughtful. I cannot thank you enough!

AMAZING sweets! Super friendly and helpful staff! Everything is wonderful... There are no bad choices! Pick anything and will be absolutely incredible! The cinnamon rolls are HUGE and are so soft and delicious! The lavender cupcake is divine! Great iced coffee too!

This place is wonderful. Went yesterday for the first time. The staff was very friendly and provided great service. I had a lavender cookie sandwich with strawberry frosting filling. It was absolutely delicious. My daughter had a cupcake and it was the most perfectly moist cupcake I’ve ever tasted. We will be back very soon to try more.

Everything is DELICIOUS 😋 The staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered cupcakes for our sweet baby boys birthday party and they were delicious. We also come in regularly to have a nice donut and juice or coffee.
